Great news — EZReferral is completely free for individual physicians and small group practices! There are no hidden fees or subscription costs for using the platform's core features. While optional premium services may be introduced in the future to add even more value, the essential tools for managing referrals will always remain free for doctors.

Why It's Free
Why is something that can add so much value to my practice free? Is there a plan to charge for referrals in the future? How can you afford to do this without charging doctors?
These are natural and logical questions. Here's the answer: Because we know that the doctor-doctor-patient relationship is the cornerstone of health care, and because while nearly everyone else is trying to charge you for things that are technologically basic (but which you can't do yourself), we see the world a bit differently.
First: We built the platform in a very efficient way, and we spent our own money doing it. Why: Because the doctors that started this were tired of being charged (sometimes a ridiculous sum) for appointments they generate amongst themselves. Those savings alone justified the cost of building EZReferral.care.
Second: As we continue to evolve the platform and add more capabilities to it, we will start working with larger groups (Hospitals, etc.) and we will charge them, but we will never charge individual physicians or group practices.
Third: We will keep making the platform better, adding features, and even giving you access to special discounts / savings FOR FREE. We're even building our own secure AI server (which is necessary to ensure there is zero transmission of patient data across the open internet), and this is not an inexpensive undertaking. Regardless, we have the resources and knowledge and we will use them.
Finally: Operating a private practice is hard. Between payments, staff, supplies, expensive third party technology vendors (who in our opinion sometimes add questionable value), there is a lot that Doctors and their teams are forced to deal with - we're focused on turning the tide and being at least ONE company that wants to make things EZ!
